Refund policy
Exchange/Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another item which does not have to be the same or similar to the original product. Exchanges are done in the form of a store credit.
Exchanges:
You can exchange a product for up to 10 days from the date that your item(s) were delivered to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused or unworn and in the same condition that you received it/them and must also be in the original packaging with tags. You will also need to enclose the original or copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If the item(s) are in acceptable condition and approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a Tammy Kinneman Designs gift card will be issued to you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns:

If your exchange or return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval through email will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item: $5.95 Flat Rate* (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized designs or special orders. Custom made designs or custom sized item(s) are final sales. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tammykinnemandesigns@gmail.com.
International Customers : If you reject a package, you will be refunded upon us receiving the package back to our home office. We would advise that you always accept the package and then physically send it back to us if you are wanting to return your order. Rejection of a shipment does not guarantee that we will receive it back and it will not guarantee that you will receive a refund.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. You must be able to provide us with enough information in order to locate proof of purchase.
