Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.  All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Special Order Shipping:

Due to the nature of special orders and all products being hand-made, some items may take longer so please allow up to 14 days as well as the aforementioned  shipping times.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• • Standard:  Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping

• • Two-Day:  Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping

• • Next-Day:  Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping
